If you’re a Celcom, Xpax, Yoodo and Tune Talk user, you’re going to have a tough time with your connection for a while. Celcom has shared that their network is currently facing disruptions on voice and mobile data services which not only affects Xpax, XOX and RedOne users, but other Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO) such as Yoodo and Tune Talk.
The worse part is that the disruption is expected to last for the next five days from December 9 to December 13 2019. According to SoyaCincau, this is a planned network activity and that the technical team is working hard to minimise the impact.
The only silver lining is that this doesn’t affect all consumers nationwide, only users in the Klang Valley, Selangor, Johor and Sabah.
Those affected may notice that it looks like you can still use data but downloads may be slow, though calls may be tricky at this rate. For now, it looks like you’re better off looking for alternative ways to stay connected.
